Terms of Service

Estimates are subject to vehicle verification and diagnosis. A quote reflects the information available at the time it is prepared; if conditions on the vehicle differ from what was described, we will contact you with an updated quote before continuing.

Diagnostic service starts at $100. Complex concerns may require additional testing time, which is discussed with you before it is performed.

A parts deposit may be required before parts are ordered. Any required deposit is disclosed on your quote and applied to the final invoice.

Castle Rock is our home zone. Travel or service-area fees may apply to locations outside it, and are shown on your quote before you approve the work. Coverage outside our listed areas depends on availability.

Appointments are scheduled in time windows rather than exact arrival times. Weather, road conditions, and the length of a prior job can affect arrival; we keep you informed when that happens. Straightforward services may be scheduled directly, while diagnostics and complex repairs are reviewed before scheduling is confirmed.

Mobile service requires a safe, legal, reasonably level place to work, and permission to work at that location. Some repairs require shop-level equipment such as a lift and cannot be performed mobile; if that applies, we will tell you.

Quote and terms approval precedes payment and work. We accept PayPal for online payments and eligible recurring memberships, Zelle as an alternate method, and Tap to Pay for eligible in-person transactions. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Coverage for parts we supply and for our workmanship, as well as the treatment of customer-requested parts and outside diagnoses, is described in our Warranty & Customer-Supplied Parts Policy.

Please let us know as early as you can if you need to reschedule. Where parts have already been ordered specifically for your vehicle, deposit handling is addressed on your quote.
