We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide service — for example with parts suppliers to source the correct part for your vehicle, or with payment providers (such as PayPal) to process a transaction — and where required by law.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store full card numbers or bank credentials on our systems.

If you consent to service-related calls and texts, that consent applies to messages about your request, quote, scheduling, and completed work. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling us directly. Message and data rates may apply.

We retain service records for as long as needed to support your vehicle history and meet business and legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
